Pendragan Publishing is an independent publishing platform launched by Dragan Matijevic and Penny Williams in November 2013.

We believe that storytelling is vital to the proper development of happy, thoughtful and caring personalities – to people who believe in the potential for good, in themselves and in others.  This is why adults still read literary fiction, despite the immense array of easier distractions, because it comforts our longing for a moral sense in the universe.
